使用Excel 記帳(提供Excel 檔)

分享自己記帳的Excel 檔案。下載之後,可以依據自己的需求,再擴充Excel 檔案內容,讓每月記帳更為輕鬆。

1. 按下此連結,可以將記帳Excel 檔下載下來。

2. 開啟記帳Excel。如下圖。已將每個月的報表建立,還提供一個總表的功能。

3. 以下是預設的支出類別,可以依據自己的狀況,增加不同支出類別。

4. 在每個月份,就可以依據每天的消費,選定支出類別,再選定消費的地點、品項等。

5. 下圖是實際記錄一個月份的結果和總表顯示。
